In Romania you have the choice of either cycling to Constanţa via Tulcea or taking the direct route to the port city of Constanţa on the Black Sea coast. From Tulcea you can take a pleasure boat to Sulina, where you can say goodbye to the queen of rivers at kilometer 0.
